Salmonella Typhi strikes again!

After 8 years, Salmonella Typhi strikes again! I was confined at the hospital for almost a week because of Typhoid fever. I was at school when I had a very high fever na di bumababa sa 40. I thought it's just because of too much stress but after how many days of being absent my fever is still high. Dad gave me tawa-tawa because he thought it was dengue, pero di pa rin nag effect yung tawa-tawa. They even let me see a manghihilot kasi baka daw trangkaso lang. Pero di pa rin nag effect. After how many days, I had my lab exams. My typhidote and urine exams are all negative. Pero binigyang pansin ang CBC ko, bumababa na yung platelet count ko.It's not on the normal range na. For that, they confined me at the hospital. Puro CBC exams everyday to monitor my platelet count. Tapos kinunan din ako ng WIDAL Test, ayun! postive sa typhoid. I have lots of meds, until now here at home, I still have my home medications.
