TEN FUNNY THINGS YOU WOULD LOVE TO KNOW ABOUT ME:

1. I NEVER HAD LONG HAIR- since i was little(yah! because im huge now!) , I never experienced to have that long hair. Because I always want to look new. And now, it became my outlet when I'm stress.hmmmh, kaya pala lagi maigsi buhok ngayong college?

2, JOLLIBEE BABY- Yah, that was in Davao. My mom and I was eating Jollibee when someone approach my mom to get me as their model! oh diba?? bongga! star quality na! I was cute kasi when i was little.... pretty na ngayon e! get out of my blog kung kokontra ka! hehe;)

3. MUNTIK NA AKONG MATUKLAW NG AHAS IN OUR OLD HOUSE- My yaya left me alone sa high chair sa sala namin, ayun! umiksena ang ahas sa high chair ko. Buti na lang andun yung mabait na si pussy cat at nag away sila. Ayun! ang yaya natunganga! Alam ko namang di ako papatusin ng ahas dahil year of the snake din ako! hahahaha! feng shui movie ba ito??? hahahahaha. corny

4. MALNOURISHED AKO NUNG BATA PA AKO- Yes I was. Butiki nga daw ako when I was young. But uncle Toni Lim recommended Tung Hai which is a chinese vitamins! Instant chubbylita agad. na hanggang ngayon di na nawala! hahaha! healthy baby!:D

5. MY PARENTS ENROLLED ME IN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES(?)- Like drawing class na wala naman ako natutunan kung hindi mag trace ng drawings! Swimming class na hindi pa ako nahihiyang mag bathing suit dahil nga malnourished ako. Complete accesories pa yan from s.cap, googles,and earplug. I bet, I'm still a good swimmer. Piano lessons naman, na nagtagal for 2 years at two times din ako nag recital! with medals! nyahaha! Actually, napilitan lang ako dahil ang mga pamilya namin puro magaling sa piano. At tingin ko, yung kagalingan na yun, magstop na in our generation because obviously, some of us are just forced.. hahahaha! .And the most unforgetable, my taekwondo lessons. Dun pa nawala ang pinakuna at mamahalin kong cellphone noon N5110. oh ano?? hindi halata na pinagdaanan ko yun lahat noh?? Sasali ako this year sa sports, malay niyo maging Rookie of the year ako! hahahaha! --ni pagtakbo nga di marunong, maging rookie pa kaya? lolz

5. DRIVER- From bicycle to motorcycle and to car. Yakang yaka. Magseatbelt ka nga lang pag ako na ang nagpatakbo baka pag uwi mo, baldado ka na. lol. Seriously, I really wanted to become a racer someday pero mukhang pangarap na lang yun. (Ask Kevin, Albby and my Dad kung bakit.) I also want to be a pilot, pero mukhang di ko rin kaya, puro numbers din yan e! Ambisyosa talaga ako, pasensya na.. Libre naman e, kaya..GO! lolz

6. TEARY EYES- Teary eyes ako nung nayakap ko ang boypren kong si CB! Bebang na kung Bebang pero totoo e. Nilubos ko yung moment na walang tao! I love it! Naghihintay pa rin ako sa'yo :p . Ang poster mo ay iniigatan ko parin. hindi niya alam na may relasyon kami, ako lang nagclaim. At yung poster, pag matanda na ako, mahal na ang value nun sa ebay, vintage kung baga! my pirma e! hahaha.Ang kawawang laon, bahay maria ang bagsak! hahahaha. Sasamahan naman ako ng mga matalik kong kaibigan e! diba?? hahaha

7. FARTING IS AN ART- All of my groupmates at yung pinsan ko na lagi kong katabi matulog pag bakasyon alam ito, walang isa sa kanila ang hindi nakakaalam. It's a habit lalo na bago matulog pag outskirt ang duty namin. Palakasan pa with them. We're just silly! Hindi na nagkaroon ng konting hiya sa sarili. Ang baboy ng mga ugali, pasosyal effect pero pag gabi, umaalingasaw! hahaha. Pero atleast walang amoy?? diba? "good night..... proooooooooot!" hahahaha

8. HINDI KO PA NATIKMAN ANG LASA NG ALAK- Yeah! I'm 19 but i never tasted it! Bilib na ba? Healthy pa ang liver ko! Pero ang yosi, oo naman! wag na magpakaplastik.! yayain niyo ako after graduation, sasama ako. Ui, yung mga kaibigan ko jan na nagyayaya?? ano na?? hahaha! mga BI ged kau.

9. INTENSITY 5- My whole body is shaking whenever I see politicians na maraming gwardiya at maraming dalang baril. At yung tipong feeling hari ng kalsada pag nagpatakbo ng sasakyan. Ang sarap nilang murahin! grrrrr! bibili din ako ng sasakyan.. karera tayo!

10. FOOD I EAT- Hindi ako kumakain ng street foods. Obvious naman ata ito. I just don't like eat. Pati pagkain sa ibang carenderia. And if the food is given by a man which is not my close friend. haha! sa iyo na yan. Baka may gayuma pa yano lason.totoo yan, ganyan ako ka sigurista! kaya pag nagbigay kayo ng pagkain, ipadaan muna sa mga alipores ko! hahahaha



*Napagod ako sa kakatawa while writing this things! hahaha! It's funny na naging part ng buhay ko to. Jologs masyado. hahaha

June 21 natin naramdaman si Typhoon Frank. Umaga palang, malakas na ang ulan. I was in school that morning having our evaluation exam. Pagpasok pa lang sa campus bubungad na ang medyo mababaw pa lang na baha, about 8inches pa lang na hanggang sa main building(Burke Building) pumapasok na at shempre parang fishpond na naman ang itsura ng technical building, as usual. Shempre, outcaste ang mga naka todo porma at nagiinarte mag dala ng payong that day. We took the exam for two hours. Unfortunately, one of my groupmates was not able to go to school dahil hanggang bewang na ang baha sa kanila. After the exam, I went home immediately. Parang ilog na ang NDU, first time kong makita yung ganoong scenario dun. At home, during lunch time, I’ve waited my parents to arrive from Davao. Kaso my parents together with my sister was stranded somewhere in Salimbao, Cotabato because the public can’t cross because of the about 4feet flood in the main road. Dad was so afraid that time because the engine might have a trouble. While waiting, dad’s BP came up. BTW, they went to Davao to have a consultation because Dad’s BP is elevating since he went home from the States. Thanks God, Dr. Maliga was there who gave him 3 tablets of antihypertensive drug. Pero di parin umipekto. So Dr. Maliga told my parents na kelangan talagang nilang makauwi ng city dahil kung hindi he might have a stroke. Sumakay na lng sila ng 6by truck na para sa public kasi nga hindi na talaga makakatawid ang mga sasakyan. Diretso sila sa hospital were I met them. That day, my friends also texted me about what they experienced habang pauwi from their outskirt duty. Pumapasok na daw mismo sa bus na sinakyan nila ang baha and they were afraid na baka hindi sila makauwi that day. Thanks God, all of them are safe even though may balita din that day na may natabunan ng landslide at nalunod dahil sa sobrang pag ulan.I thought hanggang dun lang kwento ni Frank, nakaalis na ang bagyo at lahat lahat, Di pa rin bumababa ang tubig at patuloy na tumataas. Ang dami ng affected na families. As what I’ve heard on the news, about 15 thousand families are affected. Mayaman man o mahirap. It varies on the place na tinitirahan nila. About 60 percent na daw ng Cotabato ang lubog sa baha, hindi na bumababa ang tubig, tumataas pa lalo. Sabi nga ng Mayor sa interview, baka pag di mapigilan, magagaya ang Cotabato nung 1950s kung saan bangka ang means of transportation. Kung ganun nga mangyayari, sorry na lang ang may magagandang sasakyan, tambay muna. Pabor din yun sa inyo, mataas na ang gasolina ngayon. Our school always do PISO PISO campaign drive para sa mga calamities. This time it is for our kababayans na. Sa narinig ko, ang college namin nakakuha ng 45k. Mababa pa ito compared last year, ang dami kasi hindi na kasali most especially fro Level IV because of the out skirt duties. At least, in behalf of our batchmates, nakatulong kami. Di nga lang sapat para sa dami ng binaha. Again we thought it’s over na, hindi pa pala. And guess what…. Ang NDU mismo dagat na! Mukhang kelangan na din ng PISO PISO campaign. This days, abala ang marami sa paglinis sa Rio Grande sa may delta bridge dahil according sa news, almost 10 hectares and mga water lily ang nagsulputan kaya the water can't flow which caused flood pa rin in some parts of Cotabs. Anyway, what’s the whole point of this blog? This is to remind the Cotabateños na masyado na tayong nagiging masama this past years. Hindi na tayo marunong matakot. Kaya lahat ng karma binuhos sa atin ngayon. Example na itong si Frank. Kay Frank natatakot tayo, pero bakit sa Diyos hindi.? Like what my friend told me, “jeh, baha na ditto sa amin.. aabot na ng second floor.. Puchaaa! End of the world na ba?” Some may find it funny, pero magisip isip kayo. Think about it Cotabateños. Let’s Pray na matapos na ito kasi mukhang makulimlim na naman!.

PS. I’ve received a text message from friends, saying , “ FROM SSG: one week walang pasok, class will resume on July 14, 2008.” and according sa isang kong source, mukhang 3 weeks tayong magbabaksayon kasi di pa rin bumababa ang tubig. Lagot tau sa first trinal. Kung nagkataon baka mamove ang sembreak at worst, walang sembreak. hahaha

Thanks God! My friends and I will be part of the psyche affiliation. I know this is very impossible without his help. As I woke up this morning, it seems like I really don't want to attend the assembly because I'm really not ready to receive my grades. The nervousness that I feel was really the same as what I felt during my freshie's days. We waited for almost 4 hours at school and the nervousness that we feel is increasing. Parang boiling point.. hahaha. Anyway, all the sacrifices we did during 2nd semester was all worth it. Congrats to all of those who made it! =) tuloy tuloy na sana to!

Now we are here na, we have to be prepared sa mga different out skirts natin! Kaya natin to. I'm gonna miss u guys. June pa tayo magkikita. Good luck sa first batch ng mag psyche=)

It's been a long time since I posted my previous entry. Walang time to singit a blog entry, kung meron man, it's for my research lang. Anyway, lots of things happened to me. Good and bad of course. hehe. Just want to share few of it.:)

Midsayap days

It was our first time to have our duty in Midsayap (COHESCO). Before, my groupmates and I were very excited to have our duty there. For us, it's not the duty we're excited about, it's the fun moments and the experience. This 4 days of being together helped us to know each other more. The good and the bad side of each other.We saw each and everyone's weakness, the crying and halakhakan moments. Because of this, it made us closer together like brothers and sisters and helped us to be more efficient in what we do. Our C.I's also enlightened and guided us in the right path during this days. Thank u so much ma'ams. :)

Cinderella

Cinderella, the title of our play for our speech subject. It's like an evaluation before the sem ends.This was held at the gymnasium, conceptualized by our brainy classmates and casted by the rest BSN3H. It was a modern cinderella featuring songs from Disney's High School Musical 2. The experience was really great. Lots of puyatan most especially those who were in the main cast. Well, all those puyatan are all worth it. The show was nice and much appreciated by those who watched:)

Case Presentation

As one of our requirements, we had our last case presentation for this sem. We chose typhoid fever. IMHO, i think my groupmates (and I) really didn't gave their best in researching this case compared to our previous cases which are Ovarian Cancer and Epilepsy because we thought that it was an easy case. Well, it's not. One thing that got us nervous while presenting the case was our surprised visitor who paneled us, Dr. Tenorio. I can still remember how my groupmates' reaction when they saw Dr Tenorio went inside the affiliates room. I got the Physical Assessment and History of Present Illness, I didn't give much effort and emphasis in doing it because of the thought of "madali lang". "Palakol" as our CI describe our group grade! hehe. Anyway, thank you ma'am for the learnings.:) Bawi kami next time.

Happy Eid'l Fitr

Fasting for one month is done. Fasting is one of the five pillars in Islam. And as a Muslim, I tried my very best to have my fasting. It's kindda hard most especially when we had our duty in Midsayap. Nobody was there to wake us up for saul and to prepare our food, but with God's grace, we survived. Alhamdulillah.

Make up duties

Whew, the sem is done. I thought I could have my vacation na. But because of being pasaway every duty days, I got a lot of deficiencies. One factor that contribute my deficiencies was my absences. I was confine at the hosp for 3 days then I had 1 during my sophie days and lots of lates and forgoten paraphs added the list. Originally, I have a 4 days duty(8hours straight) at ortho ward in CRMC. But because of some himalas, they cutted it for 2 days na lang! yipee:) Kung hindi, lagot kami sa affiliation fee. It's very pricey. Oh well, it's good to pay my duties now than next vacation, December na yun! haha. So... to those sophies out there, be good. Bawal ang pasaway, kayo din :p

Taruyan-Ali wedding:)

August 19, 2007, one of the greatest day for our friend, Johanna. She's one of the beautiful brides I ever saw. At 11am, all were set. All of us (her friends) were present. We're just waiting for the bride to arrived. Upon arrival, all of us felt some strange feeling. We can't figure out kung ano yun. Before bumaba ng bride, we we're given a time to take the first glimpse at her. We are all crying, very obvious that we're happy for her. After that very touching moment, nag start na yung kasal. Habang naglalakad siya papunta sa groom na si Datu Love Taruyan, lahat kami natahimik. hehe. Sobrang na feel namin yung moment. Ahhmmh,After the wed, we went to joh's house para sa isa traditional ceremony wherein she changed her dress and we were able to go inside their room, wow! puro pink! kikay ka talaga joh! hehe.:)
